I'm thinking about upgrading my desktop computer sometime soon by getting a better processor.  My current one kinda sucks.  You guys know stuff, so I wanna hear all of your opinions:

Intel or AMD?

I'm an Intel guy, although I've never had an AMD processor... yeah...

I would say Intel. I have a basic laptop, and it still runs decent. Here are my specs:

Intel core i3

Intel HD graphics 4000 up to 1760 Dynamic Video Memory

8GB Memory

750 GB HDD

Those probably don't matter but yeah. I would say Intel because even an i3 keeps it running fairly well. And I would say stick to what you know works and how well it does.

Haha, yeah.  Mainly I need more memory; a new processor is a long term goal :P.  With only 4GB's, most of it is taken up just running a single game, which sucks
